Who we are

The useyourmind^© GmbH is an independent consultation company with focus on career development, education management and professional further education. In these fields we counsel pupils and students, company owners, HR executives and employees in company, but just as well employees who want to or have to change their working life. With our wide-spread range of customers we are able to cover almost all our customers’ professional areas of life with our tailor-made services, from the choice of trainings and professions to the career planning for private persons and up to a sustainable and company-oriented HR and further education management for companies.

The useyourmind^© GmbH is located in Aachen (in the very west of western Germany). Due to the proximity to the Netherlands and Belgium, an open attitude towards other cultures and traditions has a certain tradition in this town. This tradition was the starting point of the useyourmind^© GmbH and its intercultural orientation. The company is active throughout Germany and beyond, in many European countries as well as in North Africa and in several western-oriented countries of the Middle East.

The useyourmind^© GmbH was founded in March 2005 by Heike Lube, an entrepreneur (lady) from Aachen. In her more than 10-year-long activity in the management of an inter-culturally oriented consulting business with an international radius of action she became very soon aware of the education deficits and needs in the industry. She realized that the interest and the demand for consultation in the education sector were steadily increasing, in enterprises as well as with private persons. The objective of the useyourmind^© GmbH is to realize the customer’s own ideas, to conceive his specific demand for education and to lead him towards his individually matching offer in terms of education.
